After studying business administration, with a focus on human resource management and business planning at the University of Stuttgart, Mr. Miklic joined ISPA consult GmbH as a consultant in 2003.
He successfully built up the business area "employee survey" and, with his many years of experience and expertise, has now been advising companies on questions of personnel and organisational development for almost 20 years.
Since 01.01.2019, Mr. Miklic has been the sole managing director and owner of ISPA consult GmbH and proves every day anew that the reliable, long-term and partnership-based relationship with our customers has top priority for him. In our fast-moving and dynamic world, he attaches great importance to sustainable and value-added customer and employee relationships.
His innovative and pragmatic thinking contributes to the fact that ISPA consult GmbH is constantly developing and thus responds to changing market requirements. This also includes the sustainable expansion of a reliable partner network.
It is particularly important to Mr. Miklic that our clients understand the employee survey, the 360° feedback and the HR consulting as opportunities to bring about real and sustainable changes from the collected results, for example in the corporate and/or leadership culture. Therefore, while conducting employee surveys and 360° feedbacks is the first important step, the real challenge lies in the sustainable implementation of the results. For this extremely important implementation process, too, the ISPA team is the appropriate and professional companion for our clients.
Despite the busy schedule, Mr. Miklic always has an open ear for his employees and always keeps an overview even on turbulent days. He says: "What I love about my job is that there is no such thing as a "typical" day".
Mr. Miklic likes to spend his free time hiking in nature or pursuing his passion for music (e.g. playing the trumpet).
